frisky?...More than likely :blushing:

Happily  I don't have a strong preference on guys hair, it's about how he takes care of himself and his stuff that matters to me.

I live in an upstairs apartment so I can totally relate to not wanting all the jumping to be loud. Fortunately my downstairs neighbor doesn't seem to mind. But I can't workout with people around. I have to work out by myself or I can't focus and won't get nearly as good of a workout. I usually end up working out around 4…

When I lost weight about 10 years ago, it came back very quickly. Now I realize even though I didn't use a bad diet I did use the wrong one for me and because I didn't actually learn how to eat healthy or the impact of various foods on my body I was unable to maintain results the second I went off my diet. I hadn't made a…

Frequently :frown: I have found that tea helps calm the craving but with the weather warming up I think I need an alternative. There is a recipe floating around the forum for 3-2-1 cake, it's around 50 calories a serving and very easy. I eat it semi-regularly to help my sweet tooth. 1 box cake mix (any flavor you want) 1…

I do them from time to time but I usually have a cheat meal over a cheat day, not always just usually. I do try to plan them so I can either eat a bit under the day before or plan a longer workout the day of so it doesn't have as big of an impact but this doesn't always happen and I've learned to shrug the bad decisions…

That's a hard one, I'm stuck on the Irish accent and the Southern drawl, both are so very yummy sounding. :blushing:

It says 175, which I was around 178 when I renewed it around the end of July last year. I'm now 134, the bouncers at my favorite bar know me so they don't give me crap but every time I go to another bar the bouncers give me a hard time because apparently not only is the weight a big difference but I look nothing like the…

To myself at 16: I wish I could tell you the above quote but if you don't marry the *kitten* you won't get your beautiful children. However, he is douche and you need to leave while you're pregnant with your 2nd child. Don't wait any longer than that, he will drag you down and nearly destroy you. If you don't pay more…

Thank you for posting, it's nice to read it from somebody else instead of just think it.

I will admit that also being from America it's interesting seeing words that get used by people in other countries i.e. bloke, crisps and lollies but some don't seem to have a place outside of the MFP Forums (or other weight loss/healthy lifestyle related sites) like NSV (Non Scale Victory), spike days, fasting days, HRM…

Absolutely! I'm divorced so if I expect people to date me I would feel like a terrible hypocrite for not dating somebody who has also been divorced. Just because their marriage didn't work out doesn't mean they are a bad person, just not or no longer compatible with their former partner.

I love your biceps, does that count for anything? Seriously though, I've seen some of your responses in other topics on the forums and you seem like a nice guy and a loving dad. I'm sure you'll find love and I hope you find it sooner than later. :flowerforyou:

It's for when you need to feel proper and have underwear on, maybe because of a short skirt, but you don't want lines. Also wearing one can make you feel sexy, sometimes.
-
That's awesome, it's a great feeling isn't it!? A few weeks ago I found my triceps muscle, I was so excited I was showing it off to everybody.
-
Arms, more specifically biceps. and if honest it's nice if they're decorated with tattoos but that is far from a requirement I just get extra drooly about tattoos.
-
^One of my favorite things about them! :blushing: But I also like the muscles (and the corresponding eye candy) to help with the heavy lifting. They kill the little bitty spider (it seemed bigger when it was alive and crawling) *shudder* That spot on their shoulder that's perfect for laying my head to cuddle. I love how…

Mostly agree with this, it's a bit of a stretch to say all men can't handle hard because there are a few but they aren't as common as I'd like.
-
:drinker: I can feel your pain, my stomach and I are worst enemies so I know what great feeling that is.

Happily single but I do miss regular sex :/

Most people gain during the first week to ten days during the 30DS, it's primarily water weight from your muscles retaining the water for repair. Don't worry, it'll pass. I did the 30Ds every day for the full 30 days. I ate at maintenance for the first 2 weeks (I was doing a re-feed) and then back to 1200 calories for the…

^This is me and my girls. One of my friends actually sells toys and various products, I'm one of her best customers. :blushing:

First please disregard the pre-set nutrient levels...go to your goal setting under your home tab. Select change goals, then custom settings you want 35% for carbs, 40% for protein, and 25% for fat. MFP tends to have a very low protein setting and this is a problem for a lot of people. Protein helps keep you full (so does…

1) I don't like to workout with people. Even if I could afford to belong to a gym I probably wouldn't because I can't focus with all the people around. Give me a workout dvd at home any day. 2) I bought a denim mini skirt to wear this summer, I am petrified to actually wear it. A side note to this is that the outfit I'm…

Water and gum save me from mindless munching. That's why you sometimes see me with upwards of 16 cups of water a day. I'm actually working on bringing that number down without bringing back the snacking. I realized after last Thursday (I drank like 22/23 cups of water, not counting the tea, propel, and soda) that I was…

That is awesome! Way to go, it feels so great to have your hard work recognized.

I did it for my birthday last year. Chances are good if you stepped on the scale the next day you'll show several pounds heavier but most of it will be water weight. Sweets add so fast that you may actually gain a little but don't sweat it. Enjoy your day, you have to live your life and that means indulging from time to…

No regrets, I love mine but my friend just got his first. He made a huge mistake and is very unhappy with the end result. Part of his mistake might have been going to a friend to get the work done. Personal opinion but it's a bad idea to have a friend do your tattoo, know your artist and their reputation yes but a friend…
