I Wear an Enell sports bra, their most heavy duty kind and it was one of the best things that I did for my workouts. I was wearing 2 or 3 bras to work out. Enell sports bra!!!! That has made a world of difference! Good running shoes, a fitting t shirt and compression pants or shorts. I have found that clothing that holds everything in close makes working out more comfortable.
