Binging is usually caused by not eating enough during the day, or being way too strict in your diet. Are you doing any of those? Also, it's perfectly ok to have a snack after dinner. Your body doesn't treat the food differently.

exactly. You have to be overconsuming this stuff for it to cause any medical issues. One diet pop a day isn't nearly enough to cause any kind of damage. Just like a little bit of chocolate every day isn't going to make you fat.
