JJ I wasn't referring diet pills or energy drinks. The ones I described release the same amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee over an 8 hr time period.... And Noel like I said I don't become addicted to things easily and have no intention on relying on a small boost.... I'm thinking these forums are so overly dramatic…

Lol my sleeping habits are pretty good. I'm just very active person with 2 kids, pets and a fitness related job (I teach high intensity classes and am a personal trainer) so between all that and my own training, and remodeling my home diy on weekends I'm a bit drained even with 8 hours sleep. Plus coffee makes me poop. Ha!

Ok so we decided not to buy it.,, not because of the murder though, but because when we drove by to look at it it was in a crappy spot. Right by the entrance of the community, no privacy. I'd rather pay a little more for one we have been in dealings with cuz it's by the woods on a cul-de-sac.

There is hope! Increase your calories and start lifting weights! The more muscle your body has, the more shape you will have, the better you will feel and the more you can eat!

I love it! The only thing I don't agree on is the oblique and no weights thing. I do side bends with weights and many other moves, and my waist is 26 inches. I've used some on the heavier side as well, although not very often. I do stick to the lighter weights for that part.
