Has anyone completed Jim Stoppani's 6 Weeks to Shred program?

I've been working on heavy lift waves of 7/5/3 for the squat, deadlift and leg press, with upper body work the other 3 days, for about 6 weeks now. My body has been screaming for a change then past two days and my brain wants to take a break from creating my own programs so I was looking into this one. I want to lean out while building muscle and this program promises just that.

Has anyone completed this program? Thoughts on it? Could you share before and afters?

I have not followed it, but have read it, and I would lay money that if followed properly you are going to lean out. But if that's you in the pic, 1 you look awesome. 2 how much leaner can you get?

I have looked into doing this program in the past and would be interested in how it goes. I might look to start it and the end of the month once my knee is better. I may have to adjust it to fit it around sports so I have the energy to play.

Thank you, not so much trying to lean out more, maybe just a little, but trying to build and shape more muscle

I've watched the videos and read the program at BB.com. Jim's in great shape so I don't want to take away from that, but I'm just not sold on the leaning up while building muscle. I have always heard, that you need to be in a caloric surplus to increase muscle mass. The cardio intervals between sets would in my mind take energy better used for lifting sub maximal loads for reps. But oops! That wasn't your question. Your question was has anyone completed it. No I have not.
Good luck if you decide to try it, and if it's successful I hope you post your results

It's great for leaning out if you do cardio acceleration in between sets. If you want to focus on building more lean mass, skip the cardio.
