I just got a pair of lifting gloves from the brand Bionic at D.I.C.K.'s. AWESOME. They are the only lifting gloves designed by a hand bone doctor (the name escapes me right now). Pricier than others, but well worth it and will outlast the cheaper ones.

Losing weight doesn't help in their appearance, in my experience.... Time makes them fade and possibly a little smoother... but its in all likelihood just something you will have to accept about yourself.

I can't imagine it would hurt you to start applying now, but just don't get discouraged incase you don't get hired right away, because I imagine it could impact your likelihood of getting hired if there are other applicants who are more fit.

I haven't lost any weight in months and I've been within my calorie goals... They exist, but it's usually because a change needs to happen. The problem is just figuring out exactly what that change needs to be.

It's mostly through diet. Strength training helps, like all over strength training, because muscle burns fat!! I love to bake!! You can healthify just about any recipe by replacing the white flour with wheat, sugar for stevia, oil and/or butter for applesauce/smashed banana/pumpkin puree, milk chocolate for dark chocolate... Makes a big difference!

The kind with fruit prolly has a lot more sugar in it. I get the dannon oikos plain fat free and add some stevia and some fresh fruit for breakfast and its really good. I also combine it with some oatmeal... I even dress it up for dessert by adding some cocoa powder to it and some dark chocolate.

She's right. You hate the moves that are hardest for you! I used to not be able to do them and HATED HATED HATED them. Same with burpees. Now I own that **** lol
