small deficit (a large one won't shred body fat), as much protein as you can and strength training (heavy weights)

if its eating late at night that is making you feel guilty, don't (feel guilty). Your body does not care if its 2am or 5pm, it treats calories the same. Eat a peanut butter and banana sandwich or something! whole grain if you can. that should do the trick :)

My best tips: Do not starve yourself. It's not healthy, it doesn't help. Make sure you are eating enough food for your body by going to fat2fitradio.com and using their BMR calc. When you are sooo close to your goal like you are, and are focusing on body fat, forget about the scale. that being said, you want to eat above your bmr, not at. Try increasing your net cals to 100 above your BMR and if you haven't already, add more strength training and less cardio to your routine.

Going over 100 calories is absolutely no big deal. Constantly being under is though, and THAT is what will mess up your progress more than anything.
