  • Goal: 175 7/18: 179.9 - gained a few ounces over the weekend. Summer fun, not enough exercise.... Hopefully the next 2 weeks will be better!
  • I vote for Friday weigh ins starting from August! Weekends are just horrible and it is great to have the week to makeup for slacking off during the weekend. Pretty please!

  • My Goal weight June 30 was 178 6/1: 183.4 6/6: 182.1 6/13: 182.5 6/20: 179.9 6/30: 180.3 - Business trip :-( So I lost 3.1 lbs in June. Didn't meet my goal but I am ecstatic because I have been trying to lose weight ALL YEAR and I didn't lose anything till this month. This group rocks! Can't wait for July.
