LOL nice thread! I was just cleaning up downstairs and heading upstairs for rest of the evening just to stop eating. Being near the kitchen is too tempting.

Thank you his_kid1. Just added you.

I disagree, Mokey41. Sometimes I run out of choices or ideas when planning ahead of time on what to eat and reading other people's diaries helps and motivates me.

WAIT now I have another question, if I don't plan on going to the gym let's say tomorrow, should I then only consume only 1200 calories? Now I'm confused again! How many calories should I consume on gym days and how many calories should I consume on non-gym days? :embarassed:

Thanks all. It's starting to make sense now.

The Nutribullet is the best machine I've ever bought. I use it daily. It breaks down anything you throw in it so well.

Thank you all for the welcome and the friend requests! =) I'm looking forward to interacting with you and following your progress. @tabfjo, yeah we're at the same starting weight (138). My ultimate goal is 125 but I've broken in it up into 2 goals. 1st goal is 130 and 2nd goal is 125. I do better with short term goals :).…

Thanks for your response, Ikgarza. Two trigger foods....hmmmm...that would be bread of any kind including healthy cereal (that's kinda like bread no?) Bread and cereal really get me pumping for more carbs and sweets. I think I'll start buy cutting those out for a couple of weeks.

The thing is that I don't really eat the bad kind of sweets. I eat fresh fruits, dried fruits, yogurts, whole grain breads, healthy cereals, etc...I just eat too much of them because I'm always craving them. It's like my body doesn't get satisfied with the reasonable serving. I guess what it comes down to is Will Power!…
