Daily calorie intake plus exercise question!
So right now my daily calorie intake goal is 1200 but I've been reading that that number is too low. So will it be healthier to eat let's say 1500 calories a day, then burn 300 at the gym. I realize that but burning 300 calories takes you back to 1200 but at least I consumed more nutrients. I don't know..sounds like a good…

Having a terrible time kicking sweets the curb!
I get horrible cravings for sweets and carbs. I'm trying to keep these two at a minimum to slowly eliminate my strong desire for them but it hasn't been easy. What will work? Must I lay off them for like 2 weeks completely or until the urge goes away?
