Question about Activity Level

Hello!

I have a question about my activity level. I have a desk job...work 8-5. I do go for walks on my breaks but still, I sit most of the time I'm there. After work, I go home and do chores. I also exercise 3-4 times a week. What activity level would you consider that to be?
Right now I have my setting set at Sedentary because I do spend a large part of my day just sitting down in front of a computer.

I have a desk job and walk a lot on my own time and do chores, similar to you. That's lightly active. I personally would keep the exercise seperate and log it each time you exercise. That way, you have some flexibility as to exercise. If you include 3-4 workouts a week in your activity level, you have to do all of them every week to avoid overeating. If you log them seperately, you eat more on days when you burn more. I find it simpler that way. If you set yourself at sedentary, you need to be logging allof your walks and all of your workouts to compensate, and eating more based on how much you burn. That's a pain, and I don't want to try to track all of my walking and chores, so I use lightly active. I do insanity 6 days a week, and I track the exercise on top of the base calories from being lightly active.
