sounds right...i missed a day on my first week because something came up and kept going and made up for it on sunday. fit test is crucial as someone else stated. its to track your progress. i improved a litte on my second fit test. its def. a motivation when you see results..

im on my 3rd week and it really did get better after 2nd week. i feel great. keep it up and let me know how it goes. i definantly see gradual changes.
