insanity help/question ....????

I started yesterday but I didn't do the fit test I went on into the first CD and workout .... my second night is tonight what do I do to get on the schedule with the program? What's best?

    go ahead and take the fit test then do the second workout

    I agree with jennw10 - do the fit test today then do day 2 tomorrow. The whole idea behind the fit test is to see the progress you make over 15 days and 1 day of Insanity will not change the numbers. Now ... go kick some butt on the Fit Test!

    So do the fit test today and then go on to the secobnd cardio routine tomorrow? Ill be right on track wont on so tomorrow will be day 3 but the actually 2 day of the cardio routine? :)

    sounds right...i missed a day on my first week because something came up and kept going and made up for it on sunday.
    fit test is crucial as someone else stated. its to track your progress. i improved a litte on my second fit test. its def. a motivation when you see results..
