I have been researching this diet, and though i have not gone and ourchased the actuall diet book, i have found information on numerous websites that all makes sense.I am giving this diet a go.Trying to stick to negative calorie foods, while still having steamed fish for tea.It is working great.And i do still have energy…

Yes it is normal, but after a while it will get easier, dont worry, just hang in there the hunger pangs will go away.

A way of tracking it on this site would be to start up a neew topic named maybe 10,000 losing weight steps or something similar easy to find. Enter thye new topic and reply each day with the total steps you have done for the previous day.

I eat lots of fruit and veges all low in carbs, and i dont feel hungry at the end of the day nor during the day, i often dont reach the 1200 mark.

I have Healthy choice frozen meals for dinner some nights, they are tasty, and they fill me up, low calories (between 210 and 300) which is great, they dont have high carbs or fat.

Congratulations ladyzoe, a job well done. I am losing weight for myself, to be healthier and feel better, to be able to go for a walk/run with friends and not be out of breath. I am also losing weight to be more attractive for my boyfriend, but not because he wants me to, but because I want to.

My goal is to eat 1200 calories per day, but i mainly eat fruit and veges, therefore it sometimes doesn't add up to 1200 calories, yet i am not left feeling like i am starving. What happens if your body gaes into Starvation mode? I want to lose weight sooo badly, but don't want to starve myself.

I eat breakfast at 7, a snack at 10, lunch at 12, a snack at 3.30, and tea at 6.30, i have only been eating fruit and veges, and for dinner a small portion of meat, i do find myself hungry after dinner but i just drink a glass or two of water, it seems to do the trick.

Hi there, i have just started this new diet/exercise programme on Monday, it is going good, i feel healthier although i am not sure that i have lost any weight yet, but today is only my third day in.
