in the morning to fuel your body when you get up, some say before a workout so you use the fuel but i think it would need to b e digested to be of any use, a casein protein before bed to keep you fueled as you sleep, a bcaa it helps burn fat and rebuild muscle,i use extend by scivation for that

being healthy isnt a 6 week commitment it has to be a way of life, mfp is just a tool, with practice you learn what to eat and how much , but its here why not use it

do what feels good to you if you diet without exercise you lose muscle you might gain a little as you tone, do as much as you can as often as you can

we all eat a little more more than we should once in a while dont kick yourself for that as long as your blood sugar is ok dont sweat it if you want something sometimes its better to give in and eat a little rather than eat a whole lot more of something else, get it back on track you will do fine
