  • Hi isn't it a great when you wake up and realize its time to change?I am there also. Go slow, track all foods and exercise and we can do it. I say we because i am done also. I need to change and now is the time.
  • Thanks for the reply. I am going to record what I eat and exercise more. Take some "me" time at the gym. Eat better and go from there.
  • I so hear you about taking care of "me". I seem to always worry bout others and neglect myself. No time for gym etc... I am starting again and have to do it this time. I am here with you LETS GO!
