Sounds sooooooo corny but it's true! I am 28, 240 pounds with a goal of reaching 140. I was always thin in my early 20's until I had my first baby at 23. Since than I put 'me' on the back burner like a lot of moms tend to do....In an emotionally unhealthy, unfulfilling relationship I eat when I feel sad, stressed or lonely and I pretty much feel one of those emotions 24/7! Now is my time to stop making excuses and make changes so I can live the life I want and be a good role model for my kids.

I so hear you about taking care of "me". I seem to always worry bout others and neglect myself. No time for gym etc... I am starting again and have to do it this time. I am here with you LETS GO!0
