You can visit the local pharmacy and pick up a tube of the gel they use for ultra sounds. It provides better contact. May want to give it a try. The tubes are around $10.

Does the FitBit measure your actual Heart rate?

Good advice above... Once/If you hit 140/ they will put you on meds.

I log P90 under Circuit Training, use a HRM and then adjust minutes on MFP to match calories burned.
-
Thanks... Comparing to my HRM calories burned this appears to be fairly accurate and appears to give an estimated net calories burned.
-
And after you get an accurate view of calories burned using the HRM - don't forget to deduct your normal calorie burn ( non exercise) during the same amount of time. Then when entering your calories in MFP reduce the minutes exercised to match the calories burned as determined using a HRM.

I count it towards mine. The body is fully capable of pulling water from liquids such as ice tea.

Had to call the Doc yesterday - blood pressure is dropping dangerously low (a positive outcome). Due to exercise and diet one blood pressure medication removed. One to go. Will be great to get off all these medications!
-
The difference here is your Doctor has put you on a 1500 cal diet. To continue with your Doctors prescription you will need to eat the exercise calories back. Edit - I assume you set MFP to a goal of 1500 calories.

Same here, I'm shooting for 3/4 pounds week and don't consider myself a Diet Noob as stated from a wannabe Diet Guru.......
