Wow! We have almost identical stats! if you haven't already, TAKE PICTURES! 30 pounds doesn't sound like a HUGE amount, but on tiny people it apparently makes a huge difference. I was getting discouraged by the scale not going down and decided to compare pictures and was pretty floored at the difference.

I didn't feel like I was making much progress because the scale hasn't moved very much... but you're right, I look like a totally different person. I don't even recognize myself in the left picture because I still see myself fat!

How long ago did you injure your back? I was considering doing it, but afraid that I will re-injure my back. I know for certain I can't do the sit ups where your legs are straight up and you lift your back. I'm sure there are a few things you could just substitute, though.
