Ed you are such a wonderful person and it astounds me to think that anyone would be negative to you. They sound like people who need to find their own path in life and haven't as yet, it's a shame that they do not realise their actions do not help others. You are at a place where you do help others, you have traveled the…

I have been on BC for years and I have had no problem since starting to lose weight. I think that as long as you watch what you eat and have activity in your life then there should be no worries.

But there are other options available, sandbags, weights, jump rope, or even a bike ride walk or run. I would suggest to you that not only should you be…

I think it would depend on how long the break is. If you break for like 5mins well then yeah subtract that amount if it is only for a minute or two your heartrate will still be pumping.

The best thing though was when one day, my oldest one came for a cuddle and said "Man Mum you are way smaller, I can get my arms…

I think the problem is Cowboy has been getting mixed messages from some, she was under the impression that I had a permanent leg injury and was still trying to do the challenges which was total misinformation!!. I have assured her this is NOT the case at all. If you find you are struggling with the workload then take a…
