Click on "Settings" then click on "Update diet/fitness goals" next you need to change your ticker, Click on the "Apps" tab select "ticker" from the second toolbar, then click on the "update your weight data" Hope this helps :smile:

More muscle = better metabolism so yes weight training is a extremely great tool for weight loss not to mention toning up areas that you may think are fatty but really just have less muscle mass. All the best

Squats with toes pointed out are great also try getting a box loading it with some weight and kicking it along the room (leg coming across your body), you can add as much weight as you are comfortable with hope this helps

To the OP I think you are aiming too low but that is your choice, in regards to you question an idea would be to make a high cal shake with fruits etc in it, much faster way of getting those cals with less effort. Please stay safe whatever your choice.
