Level 2 30day shred

So I'm on level 2 day 13 of the shred and my shoulders are killing me! I kinda miss the leg pain but this pain should go away in time too right?

    wow well done. they are just muscles havent been used in a while, dont hop on the scale sore no matter what because any sore muscles from exercising draw water into the cells which push on the nerve endings,making them so sore, its for protection and repair.

    but do weigh when they are feeling better After the shred.

    u can do it u know u can cuppycake :D
