Day two: Pure Cardio still= pure torture LOL. And Hurricane_C when I first heard him say that I was like "oh no, I am really going to die if he is saying that" LOL. I really would like to improve with my pushups and power squats it's like my legs go dead with them.

It definitely challenges you, just remember if you can't do all the moves you will get stronger, the more you push yourself the more you will get out of it. And most importantly have fun and enjoy the Sweat hehe

Personal choice I guess, I think you would be fine restarting week 2 :smile:

Day one Week 2: Cardio Power and Resistance, still hate the tricep dips feel totally awkward with the ball push up thing, but all in all a good sweat dripping workout my pushups improved a little today be awesome when I can do them non stop. :smile:

Day6 Week one: Plyometric Cardio Circuit finished woot so happy to complete week one yay :drinker:

Do not do Insanity straight after eating I guarantee it will come back up to greet you. Give it at least 1 hour to settle :smile: (my 2 cents )

Welcome to the group :smile: It's always hard to make the right food choices especially when other don't want to, but stay focused on your goals and just remember why you are doing this. I can't wait to lose some I am a D cup after 2 children and HATE it! When I was an A cup it was great, no need to worry about support or them getting caught while turning over at night. I tell ya I am so looking forward to having some half tennis balls again :laugh:
