So very true! I think it has to do with our tastebuds. They are just lookin for something really good to spark and say surprise. But in the end we get disappointed cause there was no fireworks and we keep eating to get that satisfaction. Your not alone!

I know for me when I first started MFP gave me a higher number of cals, as I lost ,MFP keep lowering and lowering and I hit a brick wall. People need to be informed that you have to elevate your own calorie intake. I think this is where some might be a little afraid to up there intake considering what MFP gave them in fear…

I have a polar ft4 as well, and my inputs are correct! And I also dont get the calorie burn as I think I should. And no Im not in fantastic shape and yes I have been excerising for a few years now.

Thanks, makes me feel better! I've been doing just so with my excerise. But I have realize with this post that I have to be patient with any progress. and I only started to be more consistant with strenght traing in the past few weeks. Although I've been doing it for 2 years andI love the weights more than cardio anyday.…

Walking is a very effective excerise. I lost my first 70lbs just walking for an hour a day.
