Im a smoker to, and I hate it! Why? cause my mom just found out she has lung cancer due to smoking! And besides Im sick of feeling like ****. Its not easy to quit, right now I have cut down alot and just getting mentally prepared. But I will do it. Im tired of being retricted when excerising and Im doing it for my mom!

I have those days as well, was going to have one of those days this morning until I watch a P90X commerial and it got me up and done a workout like I havnt done in a long time. I think Im gonna watch the P90X commerial more often...lol

I wouldnt survive on 1200, I had my food allowance low and I wouldnt lose, I up it all and still nothing, I had very very low energy. Got sick alot. Felt deprieved to the fullest and crash big time. When I tell people I need to lose more, that look at me as if I was insane. Oh my, good thing they dont see me with my sloppy gut. I just tell them Im just trying to get to a healthy weight. Oh and one more thing, people around thinks if someone who loses weight is out to have an affair. Like really!!!!
