I've been doing it in the morning when I wake up so that way life doesn't get in the way later in the day. I have to confess to skipping the burpees though...

I signed up. I think something's wrong with me in the head.

Right now the shortest I have scheduled between them is 1 week, but that's just the one short turnaround. Everything else is at least 2.5 weeks apart, mostly more.

Julie, Maybe I'll see you at the Princess finish! I did the medal distribution at the Disney 10K back when I was on my College Program. It was fun! Codefox, good luck this weekend!!

I signed up for this JUST before it sold out on a whim with some prodding from a friend. I'm scared to death! I tried the January 1/2 Marathon in 2007 (my first ever) and got kicked off the course for being too slow. So now almost 6 years later and more than 60 lbs lighter I'm going to try again. My goal is just to finish.…

1) 186 2) 41.1 BMI 3) 126.4 4) 27.6 BMI (last measured July 20 at 130 lb) 5) Usually no. I didn't know I was supposed to until about a week ago. I just assumed so.

Honestly my original goal was to get to 150, but as I got closer to that I kept adding another 10 lbs and so on and so forth because I thought I could keep getting there (I'm very competitive with myself.) 66 would put me at 120 and that is where I draw the line though!

You can do it, just stick with it! Some weeks in the beginning I lost a lot and others I even went up, but it'll all even out! :-) I joined an LA Fitness and you can pay extra for trainers there. They just assigned me to one when I decided to go for it and he's awesome!

The best thing I did was pay for a trainer at the gym. I'm super cheap and figured if I was paying for something I'd be darned if I didn't get my money's worth! I also try to limit my snacking, but I've fallen off that wagon in the last 2 weeks. I have to get back to the grind now that school is starting again. I also save…

You have to take it as a compliment otherwise you'll drive yourself nuts. I totally get what you're saying though. When people compliment me I definitely get very embarrassed and then think "so I looked like crap before?"

If you order it skinny it's not that bad! I think it means skim and sugar free syrup

Soda and beer. I hate them both. I don't like anything with carbonation. I've pretty much been drinking water exclusively since I was a kid. The only bad thing about that is that there was nothing for me to cut out drink wise in order to see results!

I like to get iced skinny vanilla lattes (110 In a venti size) and unsweetened green tea lemonade (90 calories in a TRENTA) from Starbucks. I actually credit those with a lot of my success so far.

I've been using MFP since October and have lost 20 lbs so far. My ultimate goal is 50, but I figured I'd do it in little manageable steps. I've reached goal #1 (20 lbs) and am now on goal #2 (11 lbs) to get me to 155. The final goal for me is somewhere around 135
