I am 5'6 about 165 and would love to be at 140-145 but will be happy with 150. After children and the older I get it seems so much harder to take off. I am starting strong today and going to take one day at a time in my weight loss journey! Good luck to you! Feel free to add me!

My workouts are usually in the morning or afternoon. I use to wait til my children took a nap but they don't nap at the same time. I was doing so good and lost 8 lbs but then have gained 7 back and need some support, motivation, and accountability to lose the 20lbs I want to lose and keep it off! Come on peeps! I am excited!

1200 calories seems really low. I am eating 1290 to lose 1 1/2lbs a week and that is before my nursing and exercise calories. Have you used the MFP to calculate how many calories you should be eating to lose weight? If you are eating to few your body goes in to stravation mode and stores fat. Also another thing is it could…

I believe every food in moderation is ok. I have went over my calories for eating something that I crave but I don't think that is cheating I believe it is taming the beast before it gets to bad. After I do that I am fine. So eat what you want but be healthy!
