My baby is 6 months...feed about 5 times per day. I have played around with how much I add and I have found that adding about 300 cals makes me feel satisfied. It I dont have the extra, I find myself very hungry. Hope this helps!

I use La Tortilla Factory ones for 50 cals each. They are the smaller shells.

Almond milk, banana, sugar free chocolate syrup (15 cals), PB2 (powdered peanut butter-45 cals 2 Tbs). Sooo good!! Is 50gm of banana 1/2??

Use it on a salad and it cuts down on dressing required. Scoop it with crackers.

Well.... unfortunately not good news this morning on the scale. Week 2 Loss: +.2 :( Total Loss: 2.5 Going camping this weekend so we will see how well I can resist the snacks on the beach and by the pool! Hoping to redeem myself from this week!!!

How much water are you drinking? I feel when I drink A LOT of water it helps so much. I have bigger losses when I do! (or at least that is what I've noticed since I started really trying). Maybe try that??? Hope it helps!!!! You CAN do this!!!

Yikes, 500 cals in a day?!?! Idea- Egg whites, veggies (mush, grn pepper, onion, jalos ,etc) salsa, 50 cal tortilla- wrapped up in a burrito. YUM! High protein, low cal.
