So, to recap Saturday 200 Sunday 200 Monday 280 ( I added an extra 80 before going to sleep, since I ate 3000 calories and felt so guilty) Tuesday 400 (This was hard but I did it before the gym, so I survived. I had to push harder since I did not lose a lbs this week. I think you'll see some nutella in my diary later on)…

I don't know if I'll be able to log in tomorrow, so I am posting the total so far. I did 200 per day for 3 days, for a total of 600. I plan to do 200 more on tuesday, which should bring me to 800. I hope I'll be able to post tomorrow night.

You have to have an iphone 4s or higher for fitbit one to sync. My one syncs fine, so I bought one to my mom. With much disappointment hers doe not work because she has an iphone 4. I agree with the previous comment. Knee pain is not ok when running, you can damage your legs badly. I would definitely consult a sport medicine doctor and see what he/she suggests.

Yes, I was devastated and slept like a baby. I had so many errands to run and kids to pick up that made my day. Having three kids is a god workout. 15 of those km were done pushing a stroller. My fitbit does not account for that :). I probably burned an extra 1500 calories.

Week 5 day 1 completed. Walked 15 miles the same day. Today I gave it a rest, my legs are in pain. :)

Week 4 day 1 done. Kind of hard doing the 6 minuts given that the longest in week 3 was only 2 minutes. But it is doable. Trying to do day 2 tomorrow.

Finally back to running. Week 3 day 2 repeated after a failed week 5 day 3. I just decided to go back since I haven't run in almost 2 months. Felt easy, but better start slow and move forward.
