Weekly recap. Water done every day calories under every day Exercise completed every day. I did jacks on the rest day and took off Monday. For next week, I can donate about 3 miles of walking per day. I run 4 times a week and I can run an extra mile each time. My total would be 22-25 miles.

If there is no gym, there is always the road (or sidewalk, or beach or some other place) where you can run/jog/walk. If there is cable, there are channels with daily workouts. I believe I forgot to check in last week for Drop it like it's hot. I met the goal as usual. I think this challenge helped a lot last month. Every week I burned at least 3500. Sometimes I got lazy, but then at the end of the week I always made up for the difference. I need to keep doing the same next month.

I love well defined arms. Legs, I don't care. But i always admire women with toned arms. I'm doing push ups, dips, and anything I can to get to that point.

Try here http://www.runnersworld.com/ They have good tips. There are plenty of websites around with useful info. I suggest the Couch to 5k program if you are a beginner. (c25k) There are plenty of threads on MFP about it.

You are right about the comment out loud. I'd like for people to look at me that way, but saying it out loud would be kind of inappropriate. Especially with the kids around. But, I'm working on it. Can't wait to be back in my body.

I have 2 girls, 5 and 7. One of them is super skinny. No matter how much she eats, you can see avery single muscle in her abs. I have to have all her pants altered because they fall down. W4d2 so far. I think I will repeat the week. It was so hot last week that it was really hard to run and I struggled with every step. Now the it cooled down, I'll re-do week 4 and see if it is better. I will still make it for September 4.
