hi all. followed 1200 calories for most of last week and when i weighed in yesterday i had lost 1.1kg. have a challenging week coming up with MIL birthday dinner tonight and my birthday next Tuesday but will have to make sure i give 110% all the rest of the time. feel free to add me as a friend.

i have had migraines for over 10 years now, my mum also has them and has been hospitalised once for about 2 weeks as she could not get rid of it. i was on beta-blockers (blood pressure meds) for them for about 18 months which did reduce them slightly but i found the side effects to be bad (feeling faint whenever i stood…

i find if i eat cheese before working out it gives me stomach pains

i have a snack at work about 3pm of fruit or carrot sticks and dip before i leave, then when i get home before i go to the gym i will have a protein bar or some crackers. we do not eat dinner before 8pm usually and i find that tides me over until then.
