I just had a look at mine, and whilst I sometimes have chocolate or cereal bar (today both oops!) I get my sugar from eating fruits and having smoothies. I usually stay within my calorie limits, and my fats but always go over on sugar.... Gone over on carbs today too... eeek!

eeeeek!! I've just looked at mine, its roughly over by 40 whatsits on average per day. Thats driven by 2 peices of fruit. Surely it can't be THAT bad can it?

I've just finished the 30DS and am about to go into round two but will try complete 2 levels each day (I really need to step up the exercise!) I think that this Dvd is amazing. I've lost 4lbs there abouts and I have ab muscles I didn't know about. It's a good 25 minute workout, I've never sweated so much in my life but I love that it's quick meaning I still have a relatively free evening. Good luck, and enjoy! Toast with marmite and baked beans. Usually a sprinkle of cheese on top for good measure. So lovely, I call it "Gormet beans on toast" ... My hubby to be likes it but a lot of people are not too keen!!

I'll be checking this for suggestions too! But I like to prepare lots of salad at the start of the week, and then each night put it into a tupperware for lunch, I have bottle of balsamic vinegar in my drawer to put on the salad just before i tuck in

An example salad is like watercress with Ham or chicken. I should probably put peppers or something in it too but don't like tomatoes, cucumber and some other salads!!!!

I think that the sweet tooth thing is more like a treat I give myself for eating the fruit.... I hate full fat coke etc so its not a sugar craving but more for something thats sweet that isn't fruit!!!

Plan ahead - I like that. Perhaps I should open my food diary for people to see where I'm going wrong.... I'm sure people could give me some tips... How do I open my food diary? Have to ignore the few cakes that were there in the last week though. So many birthdays and so many cakes. Couldn't say no!!! x
