Hope things are going a bit better for you! Hang in there!

The end of my pity party starts with exercise - anything that I feel like doing, get some enjoyment from and that gets me moving, that in turn gives me the motivation to watch what I eat, helps with the sleep and generally gets me feeling better! We all live in a **** show from time to time and it isn't always easy to get…

Amazing! You look awesome! Well done! :drinker:

39 year old Mom in Ontario with a 5 year old boy. Looking to lose around 30lbs more by eating lots of healthy food and exercise! Feel free to add me!

Pretty hot in Ontario this week! A sweaty hour hiking yesterday, an even sweatier 1.5 hours playing softball tonight, thinking playing basketball with my son in the driveway tomorrow will wrap up my three hours! Fun idea!

Don't log! Make good choices wherever possible and get right back on track as soon as you come home! Go and enjoy yourself it isn't a time for logging and obsessing especially if it takes you sooo much longer than usual because you can't figure out with any degree of accuracy what you are actually eating! Have a great…

I like to think of bars like these as 'healthier'! Meaning if I'm in a situation where I don't have/can't have access to anything better then they are fine to have but probably not something to should incorporate in to your everyday meal planning!

Depends what is bugging me that day!

PhD in toxicology, Health and Safety, McDonalds - is this you way of telling us you are trying to kill yourself?? lol

Are you drinking and eating enough? A hydrated well nourished bidy recovers quicker!

Nice work, you can really notice a differnce in your body shape! :drinker: Can't wait to see you next progress report with a clean mirror! lol Keep up the good work!
-
No it generally is high or way too high with the caloires burned! These are only estimates and unfortunately there are way too many variables out there for them to be that accurate! If you don't want to buy yourself a heart rate monitor and you are eating back your calories you should cut them in half to be on the safe…

Eat healthy, drink your water, exercise and moisturize! Don't lose the weight too fast - let your skin shrink with you! Good luck! :drinker:

Try not to drink too many of your calories! Keep up with the water to limit the damage for the extra sodium you will no doubt encounter. Be mindful of portion sizes. Take some nuts and other healthy snacks with you. Do what physical activity you can. Do not beat yourself up about indulging a little and enjoy yourself! IMHO…

The only person that can really answer that is you! It is your goal and you decide what the right weight is for you based on how you look and how you feel, comparing yourself to someone else is never a good idea!

Skyping with my sister and Dad!

Yes I tell my husband my weight regularly - sometimes I'm proud and sometimes ashamed but I don't see the point in hiding it from him, he sees me naked!

The best HRM for you depends on what features you really want and how much you are willing to pay for it! Alot of people on here love Polar - I have a Polar FT40 which I like for my workouts at the gym, hiking and swimming! There are lots of HRMs out there you should probably check out Polars website, they have a product…

Gym has worked best for me. I have to plan my day/week around going to the gym so it is dedicated 'me' time, I found it too easy to make excuses not to work out if I didn't. I love being a gym member because I can do so many more things - weights, cardio, classes, swimming so no matter what mood or energy level I have I…

Hopefully you both just need a little bit of time to adjust! This journey is as much emotional as it is physical and the emotional part seems to take a little longer to deal with! Good luck.:drinker:
