How did you make it?

Shake it up a bit to get the scales moving again!
-
I think the answer depends alot on what you eat to lose the weight!

Your genes determine whether they will shrink or not - some people have breasts that contain less fatty tissue than others, the more dense the breast are the less they will shrink when you lose weight!

Ignore advice from jealous people! Chances are you aren't too muscular you are just more muscular than them and you are making them look/feel bad!! :drinker:

This ^^^^ will power is a bit of a myth! There is nothing wrong with having snacking as part of your routine - have a mid afternoon snack so you are ready to eat when supper is ready and you don't have to grab 'garbage' while you prepare! Work with your body - not against it! Good luck :drinker:

You can start by droping the negative attitude! If you keep telling yourself that you hate something before you have properly tried it chances are you aren't going to like it! Invest a little time in yourself do research, talk to people who have been successful or get a personal trainer - start small and be proud of what…

I'm in - always looking for new ideas!!

WOW - absolutely amazing and very encouraging!! :drinker:

Looking at your diary I think you should consider spreading out your calories over the day. Eating a large meal once per day and then smaller portions for other meals can stop some people from losing weight. Try to have 6 meals/snacks between 200-400 calories each throughout the day. I think this will also help/stop you…

You can do it!! :drinker:

Good luck on your journey, sometimes the more drastic the change in diet the easier it is to stick with - it can be overwhelming so I hope you will be getting some meal planning support to help get you on the right track! Well done stopping smoking, I'm sure you will reach your goal weight in no time! :drinker:
-
I've been using machines but have now got a personal trainer and hoping to get some good results for lifting and cleaning up my diet! Please feel free to add me - always looking for friends with similar goals!

Another yoyo mom here! Wish I knew what the answer was but happy to do the journey and try to work through it with others!

The possibilities are endless with a BBQ/stove & fire some of the things I do to try and be good... Try to plan my meals and snacks before I go! Make some healthy meals at home, freeze them (also great for keeping stuff cold in the cooler) they tend to defrost at different rates so I just heat them up when they defrost!…

I'm not sure weight is the best way to measure success! You can look considerably different at the same weight depending on what you did to get there. Why not buy a 'target' outfit instead!

If you are able to eat bananas - banana boats are great! http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Banana-Boats/#&panel1-1 What are you going to be using to cook? BBQ, fire, stove???

Maybe you will be able to add it back into your diet gradually to figure out your tolerance! I can't offer healthy low fibre advice but I hope you can get things figured out! :drinker:

My body seems to because I get bloated if I drink too much pop but everybody is different!

I lost 25 lbs in 10 weeks 202 - 177! I was eating on average 1600 calories of non-processed foods and going to the gym 5 days a week! Good luck!

Don't be too hard on yourself that could be counterproductive - focus on the positive - you can do it!!:drinker:
-
Done!

Of course it is possible just don't expect it to happen overnight! This is a marathon not a race - set yourself a series of smaller goals all those little steps soon add up! Take pictures and measurements to keep you motivated, it shouldn't all come from the scale! Good luck with your journey!:drinker:

Agreed - nothing is healthy! You may get something that doesn't have 80g of fat in it but it still has 2000mg of sodium so just eat something you will enjoy and jump back on the wagon tomorrow!

Ditch the processed food, drink your daily 8 cups+ of water and add loads more veggies & some fruit you may want to try tracking your fibre! Keep up the good work and you will lose - don't set your weight loss target too high or your calories too low! Good luck!:drinker:
-
Eat sensibly loads of veggies, lean proteins, make sure you get some good fats, and don't overdo the processed foods. Excercise. Drink loads of water. Moisturize. Probably most important - lose your weight slowly to give your skin a chance to keep up with your changing body. This is what I am telling myself will give me…

Climbing back on the wagon after a few months of damage - would like some new friends for the journey!
