But i've actually stuck to lighter weights (26kg) in the past and gone for higher reps for 4-6 weeks and each time I get to this weight, everything crumbles!

I am actually not sure, but I work as a postman on weekends so I do use my left shoulder as the predominant side for carrying the mail bag... if it is an injury, I have probably not recovered for at least 1 - 2 years!
-
I think both - but not leaning to the side per se - it seems my spine compensates by having a wavy shape (thats what I see in the mirror) instead of having a straight spine

Although my skin colour is very similar to a chinese person I am actually a 1/8 Jamaican and 7/8 chinese... Majority of people do not believe me but strangely almost all black females that have come across me know that I am not 100% chinese... probs cause I have slight afro going on in my hair

This is a common misconception but i would say the initial 6-12 months of lifting, you would gain some (note the emphasis on some) muscle even on a caloric deficit. But after the initial lifting period, you will normally come back to the norm and not be able to gain muscle whilst on a deficit.

I would like to first say I have deep respect for your aim - I almost fainted just looking at those numbers but good luck in advance! :blushing:

Naruto Uzumaki cause if he could not tackle the problem with thought, he would tackle it head on (literally)   Natsu from Fairytale - his will to continue fighting when all hope is lost ----> side note - #excited FT is out in a few days

I think the word 'clean' needs to be substituted for another word as it does not seem suitable as if you have too much "clean" food such as pineapples or oranges, your sugar allowance for the day would over exceed normal amounts, would they now be classed as 'unclean foods'? However if we look at the macro nutrients, then…

Nothing wrong with water retention, otherwise we would simply die. I believe water retention should only be relevant to bodybuilders competing for physique competitions where they are trying to get every muscle fiber showing - in that case, water retention would be relevant. But for physiques above 7~10% bodyfat, it makes…

Near Selly Oak and go to theGym in town

If we are talking calorie wise, if the measurements are exact, then they are virtually the same. But if you had an identical twin and did a test with both techniques, the one with exercise will be look much better physique wise and healthier.
-
good tip would be not to count these calories as they are risky for you to miscalculate very easily depending on our bodies metabolism
-
Yh my gym is cheap £15.99 - and at peak times the whole gym is packed - you would actually have to line up to get on the cardio machines (not that I do any cardio, but my friend told me), so to tackle this problem, I go at 5 am - i may sound crazy waking at this time for gym but at that time, only 1/2 people are there :)
-
If you hit the weights hard enough, you will know why this is it - also nutritionally, it depends on the person - if you enjoy eating a ton of food daily then adding the cardio at the end of lifting weights will accommodate this... all about those darn calories!
-
I do :blushing: :blushing: :blushing: :blushing:

Techincally I do not have one cause I do not run      But music which gets me going would be 'If I lose myself Tonight' (Forgot artist name), 'Daft Punk' (Pentatonix', 'Whatever You Like' (T.I.), 'All I do is Win' (DJ Khaled) and more!

TBH if you are just aiming for the weight loss, like others have said, the exercise you incorporate - cardio or weights are irrelevant when compared to the eating aspect - if the calorie count of that is in check, your weight should gradually drop. Everyone has their own preference - I never really do cardio and go to the…

I eat whatever but simply smaller portions... But that is why my macros are messed up in the fat department... I take like 70-100g of fat per day - luckily my body responds normally to this so I don't necessarily balloon from this type of diet.
-
I would say 90% food and 10% exercise - if you are out eating the calories burned in the gym... you simply cannot lose weight!
-

You must have lots of it then in your daily diet

Yeah females - do not get put off by males (although i'm usually very passive)...

I am actually really bad as this earphone thing is a constant addiction - I wear it everytime i step out of my room and to the gym (i like to listen to the music more than commercials being spewed out in the gym). So anti-social lol!
-
4am people!!! 4AM!!!! I only do this because there is no one in the squat rack at this time! LMFAO
-
Also depends on your genetics to some extent - some females may just lose the fat around body other than breast region - but rarely happens!
-
Generally, females are smaller than men so do not require so much protein - also i think males are suppose to get 0.6/7-1.5 grams /lbs of lbm.... This brings me on to the second problem... if you have more protein than your body can absorb - someones going to have a miserable time in the toilet, even worse if the fibre is…

In addition, fitness models and BBers probably only stay at the low single digit bf for a day or two max - only what is required for competition and photos - they also dehydrate the hell out of their bodies by not drinking water before a competition for the shredded look - if i am correct, I think the night before, they…
