I lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks by cutting my calories down to 1200-1300 and walking at 4.0 on the treadmill for 30 minutes with a 5 minutes cool down. I'm 5'4" and 140. I find drinking a ton of water throughout the day helps keep me full so I don't feel the need to snack late at night. I usually drink 12-14 cups a day or 112 oz. I just did level 1 for the first time last night and it kicked my butt. I'm feeling it in my legs this morning. I did the calculator and came up with 150 calories per workout which seems about right for me. How do you know when to move onto level 2?
