Hey! I'm a 40 DDD and I wear my regular bra with good support with a sports bra over it. I found the Nike Compression ones are really good for support. Seems to do the trick :)

I am attracted to all different types of guys, usually very masculine features with mustache/goatee combo and nice eyes :)

Amazing!!! Great Job!!! Keep up the fabulous work :)

I used to be quite shy so I would challenge myself by making myself go talk to guys that I found attractive, it has really helped me out and I am alot less shy now. Also, give me a drink or two and there is no stopping me....I become Ms. Social Butterfly, hahaha ;)

I'm a 40 DDD and I wear a regular bra with a sports bra on top and they still don't hold my puppies in!! I have a champion, one from Old Navy and I just bought 2 from Nike that say "compression" so I am hoping when I try them out they will work better. I've lost 50 pounds and have only gone down in band size not in cup…

I just think you can do this on your own. I started this journey at 270 pounds and have managed to get down to 211 so far (6 months) and there are people who have started at alot higher weights than that and have been successful without surgery. I understand what the "requirements" are, but you being 230 pounds and still…

Simply Amazing!!!! You all ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats :)

And when you lose more weight, it will go down to 1200. My suggestion is either try to get in as much exercise as you can and eat back half or so of those calories or switch it to lose 1.5 pounds a week instead of 2 pounds a week.

I've already decided that I am definitely going to be doing this next year!!!!! How awesome!! Having zombies chasing me is a sure fire way to get my *kitten* running...lol :)
-
Amazing!!! You must feel so proud and great :)

Try not to stress, it could be a number of things including Sodium or maybe TOM? Give it a couple more days to even out.

Oh and I should probably add that on the day (usually Friday) that I am going to be drinking I make sure to keep my calories low and to get in a workout! :)
-
I usually drink one day on the weekend and record them in my diary, I've had nights when I had 1,000 calories from alcohol, but you know what, it's life and I only do it once a week if that. Usually the two days following my drinking I see the scale is up a litle bit but it comes back down by weigh in day. This past…

I switched from sugar to Splenda about 6 months ago and I have had no problems with it. I use them in my Coffee, Hot Tea & Unsweetend Ice Tea. Maybe between 2 to 10 packets a day? How many are you using?

Depending on the size I read somewhere that 10 french fries was 1 ounce. Not positive though.

I started Kickboxing when I was around 250 pounds, it was hard but I got though it and I have been going 2 times a week, every week for the past 4 months. Along with eating healthy and other forms of exercise I am now down to 217. It might be really rough at first but just don't give up and you will do great!!! :)
-
How do you know what size build you are?? I guess Medium? I weigh 217 right now and wear a size 18 I will be very happy when I get to 180 and then my goal would be somewhere under 160 I guess, that is the smallest weight I remember being and that was in High School. I will just have to see what feels right and how my body…

I know what you mean, when I lost my first 20 pounds or so my jeans/pants would ride up and be all gappy up there, it was very weird. After I lose more weight and went down a size, then they started falling down so I would have to pull them up. It's all about the way the fit is. Either way, it shows progress :)

You look AMAZING!!! Congrats :)
