I lost 50 pounds pretty easy cutting back to 1200-1300 calories and crazy cardio 3-4 times a week, but after that I was very slow to lose even a pound or two and then nothing for 2 whole months, I switched to mostly strength training instead of cardio and upped my calories to like 1600 and now the scale is FINALLY…

I am 202 pounds and wear a size 16, XL shirts.

I am 5'3 and weigh 202 at the moment and wear all 16's and 14's are still a little too tight but by 195 I might be there. I wear XL tops, probably could wear L but I don't like tight fitting tops usually.
