BUMP!!!!! I have just recently upped my calories and started strenth training. I have not lost any weight but lost some inches and I have been STARVING.....so crazy but I was worried that I was doing it wrong but after reading alot of these posts I am feeling so much better about upping my calories. I look at going to the gym as my 2nd job. I work 8:30am to 5:30pm, then head straight to the gym M-F (sometimes I take a day off), get home around 7:30pm, eat dinner, unwind, take a shower and repeat the same thing the next day. Seeing a new doctor and being told that I was "too heavy" for birth control pills and she wouldn't give them to me because I was too much at risk for blood clots "at my weight". :(

Wow, you look so much younger in your new picture!!!! I took my passport photo at my heaviest and I don't even want to look at it, lol. Those are good for 10 years, I don't know what I'm going to do, they probably won't even believe it's me, lol. Congrats on your hard work!!!!! :)

One of my favorite breakfasts consists of a banana and 1.5 teaspoons of Natural Peanut Butter. Mmmm. I never get sick of it!! I usually eat that around 4 times a week for breakfast :) Enjoy!

Congrats on all your hard work and your weight loss!!!! To answer your question, yes, I am wearing a size 16 jeans now in any store I go into, but all of my old jeans from around 2005-2006 I can only wear the 18s, the 16s are not close to fitting at all yet. Something is definitely different, lol.

I've heard boot camp, being one of the toughest workouts can burn prob 600-1000 depending on your weight and fitness level. Either way, it's going to be an amazing workout!! Good for you :)

I limit myself to drinking 1 day per weekend. The funny thing is that the morning after I drink my weight goes to the lowest (usually 2 pounds lower than normal) most likely from dehydration and then by the next day it is up 2 pounds more than normal and then a day or two later it evens out.
