I was hoping someone had an answer and not just criticism. I love THM and it is the one thing that works for me because not all calories are created equal...eat less is not enough. I mostly just consult the macros but don't stick to it strictly. Good luck.

I've been doing thm for about 5 weeks. I love it. Been entering in each recipe to make sure I'm getting enough calories as past dieting strategies would leave me not eating enough and then binging the next day. MFP is helping keep that in check

I just bought a fitbit HR and it should be here by Thursday. I already set up an account and linked it with MFP so it'll be ready to go. I'm very excited.

Diet is gross....if I'm going to drink it (which isn't often) I'm going to get a real one....and the crap in the Diet is actually worse for you.

I tend to go over board on the weekends. But I have a set schedule during the week and can stay under my calories. I usually balances out a bit. If I know what my meals are going to be for the day (ie, tonight we are having fish and my lunch is the same every day) I will enter those things in first thing in the morning.…
