  • Went straight to level 3 today....will alternate levels now.....did Shred this afternoon as opposed to 5 am.....must say....like the early morning shred better....it really set my day in motion. I skip Jillian's closing stretches and do about 10 minutes of yoga stretching. The best part of the whole routine!!

  • Alternating level 1 and 2....ready to begin steady level 2. Feeling good shredding.....up my calorie intake to 1400....finding this to be a good intake.....much more consistent and comfortable. Didn't take measurement yet this week but can feel a difference in my clothes. Back at it at 5 am tomorrow!
  • Shredded everyday but decided to do an hour of yoga today....boy did that feel great...needed to stretch out my muscles......aaahhhhh......   • My goal is to do this dvd 5 days a week alternating levels each day (starting with Levels 1 & 2) using 3 and 5 lb. weights. I am planning to add more cardio on three of those days. I didn't consider alternating....i am much more comfortable with this plan....will try level 2 tomorrow.....hope to lose 5 pounds this month.

  • Got Shred yesterday and just finished level 1.....it is a good workout for 20 minutes...no excuse for not exercising with this DVD.

  • Great day so far......first of all the sun is shining after several weeks of daily rainshowers. I ran a very hilly 5 mile with my best friend...all along a beautiful lake. I felt great! Hope you are enjoying your Sunday. Peace.
