  • I am going to go ahead and say milk. If you want OJ though make sure you are getting some that is 100% juice. You don't want to waste calories with mostly sugar water with some juice in it. If you aren't getting enough vitamin C or are missing out on some protein there are always supplements for either of those.

  • It sounds like a small home gym might be the way to go. You can do a quick full body routine in about 45 minutes after they go to bed. A pull up bar, maybe some kettlebells, resistance bands and a flat bench. The work around the house is keeping you active though so at least you are getting a workout in.
  • I agree with this. If you are doing weighted squats then you will definitely want to have as much energy as possible. When I do weighted squats I usually can barely walk right after my sets.

  • I hate to tell people to cut something out entirely. You can actually get decent meals from fast food joints but you have to be very careful. From McDonald's, a cheeseburger with small fries is 530 calories. Avoid a soda and get a water. That should be enough to satisfy any fast food cravings. Perhaps go with a chicken…

  • You should get the tattoo as a reward for working hard and reaching your goal. That way it is motivation and once you get it it will constantly be a reminder of how hard you worked to get where you want to be.
