I wasn't able to reach all of my goals listed in the Q3 thread. I was getting a stress injury from doing the C25K program so I think my main goal is to continue shedding weight which will definitely help with those sort of injuries. I am going to incorporate more walking and not try to rush a running program.

Last time I used a gas station rest room, there was a notice saying that if you were looking for a good time you should call the number listed. I can't remember the number though. Sorry!

Sounds like you are doing well and adjusting to advice from your PT. Welcome, Plum! Those are some good goals. I know how hard it can be to eat well when traveling. Especially when the food is provided for you.

Today I am proud of myself for coming back here. I was doing the Me vs. The Binge challenge and things started going down hill for me and I stopped logging. I am proud that I recognized it and started to fight back where as in the past I would have just kept falling. I packed my lunch and healthy snacks for today.

You all probably know about this, but I have only just recently seen commercials. Anyway, David Tennant is starring in the American version of the BBC show Broadchurch. It is coming to Fox this Fall and it is called Gracepoint.

Yeah, meal timing isn't a huge deal as long as you account for the calories. One thing about eating late though is that because your body is working to digest food, some people can have a hard time sleeping. My problem is that if I eat after I have already had dinner, I don't usually log it and I tend to binge with late…

Well considering that I have a check up appointment in 3 months with my doctor,this would be ideal for me. 1. Lose 15lbs 2. Consistently monitor blood pressure 3. Complete C25K program 4. Add in a weight training program I am sure there will be other things that popup.
