  • food cravings is just your body telling you that you're not getting enough nutrients. you won't stop craving anything - junk or healthy - until you eat a balanced meal. i'd suggest a chicken salad with some pitta bread i'd just eat loads and loads of healthy food and drink water if you get hungry after that :)
