I bought a 100pack of Popsicles...only 25calories per popsicle! It works for sweet cravings and munchies

I kinda do both... Im only 5ft 0in... the 'healthy weight' for me is 98lbs to 110lbs, so my goal is the upside 110-115lbs I used to wear a size 11 jean, and am down to a 7, my goal is a size 5 jean.

I work at a farm store called Farm and Fleet...I deal with angry farmers all day in customer service. yay me! lol

Ive printed off the nutrition fact sheets for all the local restraunts and stuck on my fridge.. That way if the time arises, i know what i can and cannot eat

Ive discovered since changing my eating and exercise habits (12hr of sleep, 4000plus calories a day!) I sleep alot less...(6-7 hrs) And have tons of energy!!

I make candles... Its fun creating scents! :bigsmile:
