Awwwww that is awesome to hear! I believe you can do it and it is an amazing feeling when you can! It is hard at times but trust me stick with it no matter how hard it is sometimes (such as during certain times of the month ha ha)

I used to drink at least 1 can of diet soda a day or 2 and I weened myself off and I drop belly weight (on the scale as well) quickly after. I also make sure I get my 8 cups of water a day and not more. Sometimes I have one can a week or 2 a week but normally I do not drink it and I am fine without it. I feel I have lost…

The machines are always off esp the elliptical. I just burn as much as I would like and then adjust the time via MFP but I feel in the classes I burn harder than MFP says. But again I know I need a HRM to determine that.

Well I want to at least reach my goal weight of 160 but I know I will need to surpass that to get to my goal size. I am going to be living in CHI and logging into MFP daily and I paid for a gym there with awesome aerobic classes. Can't wait!

I am the same height and after 30 lbs I am not a comfortable size 10 but I can wear some. It also depends on shape and where you carry the weight. And I agree with what you ladies say. That is most likely bound to happen. I do think one way to counteract that is to not do it daily...when we switch up the exercises our bodies still get shocked. Then again that is my thoughts ha ha I could be wrong.

That is awesome! Funny you post this because I recently lost 30 lbs and my size 14's started to get a little snug and I refused to go into size 16's (I spent most of my life as a large girl even at one point hitting 275 lbs) and I have started fitting into size 10's. This may not answer this the best but the workout to me seems fine. I will say that our bodies easily plateau if you do the same thing daily so you may want to switch up work outs and not do the same thing each day.

Jogging yes I am sure that is on point and I know the cardio machines are accurate or I adjust the time to match the calories. My concern is unless you have a heart rate monitor you cannot measure the cals burned in an aerobic or spinning class and I could be wrong but I feel I am burning more than just 300 cals.

Thanks all. I appreciate the responses. I do not have bad knees but after my first 5k I am detecting some soreness due to wearing the wrong kind of shoe and I am looking for a good cardio workout without putting more pressure but that makes sense. Thanks

I plan on it and I am interested in the replies too. You just often hear of celebritites or even people I know personally that lose weight and within a year or two gain it back :( granted they did crazy fad diets or weight loss clinics

Thanks for the encouraging words. I am actually good at the 1320 cals(not including the exercise calories I earn daily) i have daily and I do take Saturdays off I am just hoping once I reach it I maintain and not gain. But that helps a lot! Thanks!!

Have you tried the food channel network or the cooking channel? Since you have kdis I think something simple such as oven baked chicken parm which is healthy and the sauce has tomatoes and you are using break crumbs. Also try this recipe fairly healthy and delicious…

I would sya walking that way it is not so strenuous on you and also I think if you do not exercise but stick to the calorie counting you should be ok.
