My abs are not that good ha ha ha thanks though! I do aerobic classes at my gym and strength training classes. Many times they do a portion of abs work out. I really want to get into pilates and yoga because a former co worker told me that is a great way to tone. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the numbers. I do strength training at least twice a week. I tend to add cardio though. I appreciate the numbers but from the research I have done it is suggested add 200-250 cals each week to see where one maintains because 1700 might be correct but since bodies are different that might be too much. Eh I would not have too many because a lot of what is in there are sweetners and those tend to add to belly fat sometimes. Also, I dunno if the carbonation adds to bloating so I would research that. Plain water is better but maybe one a day??

Maybe you are gaining muscle. If the measurements are smaller and some clothes fit better sometimes you need to go by that. It depends on you. For me I have to have a big dinner and a I have a snack before bed so I feel full. I am ok with a small breakfast and lunch but I need to feel satisfied before bedtime. But I try not to have carbs or a lot of carbs for dinner since the metabolism is slower so I do more protein. Gotta do what works for…

Exercise...it adds extra cals to your daily caloric intake so you can eat a bit more and you are getting in shape. Also, start slowly and start weening off certain things such as maybe give yourself one cheat day...so whatever foods that are bad for you have that one specific day and eat well the remainder of the days.…

I don't think it is unrealistic but I am not a personal trainer nor doctor. I know I always burn at least 700 or cals a day at my gym but that is because I cannot live on 1250 cals per day and I need more net cals.

Nah not to lose 5 lbs in one week. I mean cut out meat if you want but I would say increase veggies and proteins some where else. It would depends on the smoothies because those can contain vitamins. Just remember as quick as you lost the weight as quick you will put it on.

I agree with the last post. It depends on the day and how I feel. Sometimes I eat all mine back sometimes I do not eat them all back but I would say at least eat some back but you may need to play around with one of these ideas to see what works best for your body as we all lose weight differently.
