Flavored carbonated water...

What are your thoughts on flavored carbonated water? Same as soda? Sometimes I just can't keep drinking water and have that instead. Bad? Or does it really matter? Also, what about drink mix packets, such as crystal light?

Eh I would not have too many because a lot of what is in there are sweetners and those tend to add to belly fat sometimes. Also, I dunno if the carbonation adds to bloating so I would research that. Plain water is better but maybe one a day??

Thanks! I drink a lot of water, but there are times when I can't stand the thought of something with no flavor. I'll have to do some research.

    Wow, broscience at it's best.

My advice would be to drink as much water as you can and try to get used to it. If you must drink something with flavor, make sure it has no calories.

I've started keeping a pitcher of chilled water in the fridge with lemon or lime slices in it. Makes water a little more tasty.
The mixes like Crystal Light are full of chemicals. :- (

I drink around 5 or 6 bottles of water a day on average which is about 10 to 12 glass, 8 glasses should not be hard to drink especially if you exercise. water is not just important for weight loss but everyone should be drinking a minimum of 8 glasses a day! On top of all the water I drink I buy a few vitamin water 0, maybe have 4 or 5 a week just for flavor, and a few sugar free redbulls here and there to break up the consistency. I would say stick to plain water, don;t count them flavored waters to your 8 a day total.

I drink at least 10 glasses of water a day, but sometimes I just need flavor. Especially if it has been a few hours since I have worked out.
