I see you joined in Sept 2011 and you have lost 12lbs, that is good loss but I have to agree with others on not eating enough especially with your exercising. If you don't really feel hungry throw in a few nuts or a table spoon of peanut butter, your body will thank you for it. Best of luck to you in your journey.

Move the clock across the room so you have to get up to turn it off. I know I am not a morning person and I am not going to do to much before I leave for work but get dressed so I set my alarm to get me up when I have to get up. I HATE THE SNOOZE, and 99% of the time I wake up before the alarm and turn it off and get up.

I also count them because i really only do them once a week and I do sweat. I leave my house M-F at 6:30 a.m and return about 6:00 pm and than fix supper, and do dishes and my workout so I don't have time during the week to clean.
