I use Isopure. My nose and taste buds are pretty picky. If it doesnt smell good it wont pass my lips. So far this is the only brand I can drink. I only use them when I am having trouble getting protein in from normal sources. I use the dutch chocolate and vanilla. One scoop each. It tastes great. highly recommend.…

I count both. I set my calorie limit to 1200. Because I tend to stall at really low calorie levels and I dont want to spend the rest of my life on less than a 1000 calories a day.
